2026 ParkUToledo Permit Holder Info for Football Game Days

This fall, The University of Toledo football team is scheduled to host seven home football games at the Glass Bowl. ParkUToledo permit holders will be affected on game days, please refer to the information below and be sure to move all vehicles from the listed parking areas by the designated times. 

On football gamedays, permit holders may park in areas outside of their permit designation (example: “D” permit holders may park in “A”/“C”/“K” Areas). EXCEPTIONS INCLUDE: reserved, disabled, metered, patient and no overnight parking spaces/areas – which are enforced 24/7. 

Parking Areas Utilized by UToledo Athletics on Game Days

●     Area 3

○     On Saturday game days, all vehicles must be moved out of Area 3 by 6am. On weekday game days, vehicles without a football pass are restricted from entering Area 3 after 12pm, and all vehicles must be out of Area 3 by 3:30pm. 

●     Area 4

○     On Saturday game days, all vehicles must be moved out of Area 4 by 6am. On weekday game days, vehicles without a football pass are restricted from entering Area 4 after 12pm, and all vehicles must be out of Area 4 by 3:30pm. 

●     Area 5

○     On Saturday game days, all vehicles must be moved out of Area 5 by 6am. On weekday game days, vehicles without a football pass are restricted from entering Area 5 after 12pm, and all vehicles must be out of Area 5 by 3:30pm. 

●     Area 6

○     All vehicles must be moved out of Area 6 by 6am on game days. Sections of Area 6 will be blocked off at 6pm two days before each game.

●     Area 8

○     All vehicles must be moved out of Area 8 by 6am on game days.

●     Area 9

○     All vehicles must be moved out of Area 9 by 3am on game days. Vehicles not moved by 3am will be towed.

●     Area 10

○     On Saturday game days, all vehicles must be moved out of Area 10 by 6am. On weekday game days, vehicles without a football pass are restricted from entering Area 10 after 12pm, and all vehicles must be out of Area 10 by 3:30pm.

●     Area 18

○     All vehicles must be moved out of Area 18 by 6am on Saturday game days. On weekday game days, vehicles without a football pass are restricted from entering Area 18 after 3pm, and all vehicles must be out of Area 18 by 5pm.

●     Area 28

○     All vehicles must be moved out of Area 28 by 6am on Saturday game days. On weekday game days, vehicles without a football pass are restricted from entering Area 28 after 3pm, and all vehicles must be out of Area 28 by 5pm.

The University of Toledo works with ABCO (419-536-6123) & Throne’s (419-473-3051) to tow vehicles from specified parking areas on game days.

Students and Staff affected by parking area closures on game days are encouraged to park in other available lots. ParkUToledo permits are NOT enforced on football game days. EXCEPTIONS INCLUDE: reserved, disabled, metered, patient and no overnight parking spaces/areas – which are enforced 24/7. Regular ParkUToledo permit enforcement resumes the morning after each home game (9am on weekends and 7am on weekdays). Residential students (“D” Permits) that typically park in Areas 8 or 9 are encouraged to move their vehicles to Areas 25, 25S and 27B. “C” & “K” Permit holders are encouraged to park in Areas 2, 19, 20, 25 and 27C.

●     Saturday, 9/12 – vs. Central Connecticut State, 3:30pm

○     Areas 3, 4 & 5

■     Vehicles must be moved by 6am.

○     Areas 6,10

■     Vehicles must be moved by 6am. Sections of Area 6 will be blocked off at 6pm on Thurs. 9/10.

○     Area 8

■     Vehicles must be moved out of Area 8 by 6am.

○     Area 9

■     Vehicles must be moved out of Area 9 by 3am. Vehicles not moved out of Area 9 by 3am will be towed.

○     Area 18

■    Vehicles must be moved out of Area 18 by 6am as Area 18 shifts to disabled parking.

○     Area 28

■    Vehicles must be moved out of Area 28 by 6am as Area 28 shifts to pass only parking.

Regular permit enforcement resumes at 9am on Sunday, 9/13.

●     Saturday, 9/19 – vs. Temple, 3pm

○     Areas 3, 4 & 5

■     Vehicles must be moved by 6am.

○     Areas 6,10

■     Vehicles must be moved by 6am. Sections of Area 6 will be blocked off at 6pm on Thurs. 9/17.

○     Area 8

■     Vehicles must be moved out of Area 8 by 6am.

○     Area 9

■     Vehicles must be moved out of Area 9 by 3am. Vehicles not moved out of Area 9 by 3am will be towed.

○     Area 18

■     Vehicles must be moved by 6am. Sections of Area 6 will be blocked off at 6pm on Thurs. 9/24.

○     Area 8

■     Vehicles must be moved out of Area 8 by 6am.

○     Area 9

○     Area 18

○     Area 8

■     Vehicles must be moved out of Area 8 by 6am.

○     Area 9

■     Vehicles must be moved out of Area 9 by 3am. Vehicles not moved out of Area 9 by 3am will be towed.

○     Area 13

■     Vehicles must be moved out of Area 13 by 6pm on Fri. 10/9

○     Area 18

■     Vehicles must be moved out of Area 18 by 6am as Area 18 shifts to disabled parking.

○     Area 28

○     Areas 3, 4 & 5

○     Area 8

■     Vehicles must be moved out of Area 8 by 6am.

○     Area 18

 ●     Wednesday, 11/11 – vs. UMass, TBA

○     Areas 3, 4, 5 & 10

■     Vehicles without a football pass are restricted from entering Areas 3, 4, 5 & 10 after 12pm, and all vehicles must be out of Areas 3, 4, 5 & 10 by 3:30pm.

○     Areas 6,10

■     Vehicles must be moved by 6am. Sections of Area 6 will be blocked off at 6pm on Mon. 11/9.

○     Area 9

■     Vehicles must be moved out of Area 9 by 3am. Vehicles not moved out of Area 9 by 3am will be towed.

○     Area 18

■     Vehicles without a disability placard are restricted from entering Area 18 after 3pm, and all vehicles must be out of Area 18 by 5pm.

○     Area 28

■    Vehicles without a football pass are restricted from entering Area 28 after 3pm, and all vehicles must be out of Area 28 by 5pm.

Regular permit enforcement resumes at 7am on Thursday, 11/12.

●     Friday, 11/20 – vs. Bowling Green, 7:30pm

○     Areas 3, 4, 5 & 10

■     Vehicles without a football pass are restricted from entering Areas 3, 4, 5 & 10 after 12pm, and all vehicles must be out of Areas 3, 4, 5 & 10 by 3:30pm.

○     Areas 6 & 8

■     Vehicles must be moved by 6am. Sections of Area 6 will be blocked off at 6pm on Weds. 11/18.

○     Area 9

■     Vehicles must be moved out of Area 9 by 3am. Vehicles not moved out of Area 9 by 3am will be towed.

○     Area 18

■    Vehicles without a disability placard are restricted from entering Area 18 after 3pm, and all vehicles must be out of Area 18 by 5pm.

○     Area 28

■    Vehicles without a football pass are restricted from entering Area 28 after 3pm, and all vehicles must be out of Area 28 by 5pm.

If you are a UToledo student or employee with a permit who plans to park in a patient only area, please submit a Parking in Reserved Patient Area Form.

Unless explicitly stated in the article above, please remember all vehicles on campus must be registered with a permit purchased online in advance or by utilizing the ParkMobile App or a parking meter when visiting campus.

Updated parking policies and procedures do have parking permits enforced between semesters, during academic breaks and on weekends.

Saturday & Sunday 9AM-5PM

On weekdays from 5PM-7AM and on Saturdays & Sundays, active permits may park in areas designated for other permits. Exceptions include: reserved, disabled, metered, patient and no overnight parking spaces/areas – which are enforced 24/7.
